My favourite series is Agito and Blade. Agito has nice drama and later on in the series it gets intense as well. Same for Blade but it has more bling and it ends really nicely to be honest.

Higher ratio of manga are better than anime imo. Flame Of Recca and Tenjo Tenge are prime examples though FoR manga is a really good read. Berserk also, even if the anime is good the manga version of the Band Of Hawks arc is even better.
