If you can prove that it's a real family biologically, it fine. But other then that, The law in Singapore says that permission is required for "any assembly or procession of 5 or more persons in any public road, public place or place of public resort...
Urh better apply for licenses for public gathering... Or else might get booked for illegal gathering... Really. At least ask the Singapore side to ask the police station for a written approval. Just to play safe.
