Meh, I liked the old members' news (the good, bad, and indifferent of it). I'm a little biased, though, seeing as how I posted a ton on there, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. ^^;
Yomiuri did a poll on this a couple of weeks back...
A majority of Japanese, when asked whether they thought the new jury duty system was a good idea or not, said they liked it.
On the other hand, when asked if they were ready to serve on jury duty...
