Yea I'd say spend the money on a 40D or 50D. It's a better camera then the consumer versions. 40D if you're on a budget, 50D if you have the money. I just got a 40D a before they announced the 50D, and I kind of regret it, but the 40D does everything...

Yea we went into one while we were there, and it really was an experience. They even have tvs playing the videos so you can get an idea of whats on the dvd. Didn't end up buying anything, but yea it was an experience nonetheless.

Japanese curry is amazing. Tonkatsu curry is probably my favorite, though its even good by itself with rice. Though the packaged stuff here isn't amazing, it can still fill the craving for it.
I usually buy the silicone cases, because they don't damage the gadget at all, and they make it feel nicer. But I got a hard case on my MBP, and when I take it off it looks brand new, makes it seem like I get a new mac whenever I take it off.
