The first episode kind of put me off also, but so did the first episode of Azumanga Daioh. I gave both a chance past their first episodes and they are 2 of my favorite anime's. As they say you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover.

I can only afford a new figure every once in a while. Though I do have 3 new ones coming next month some time.

The only things I can get locally are anime and manga at places like Best Buy and Books a Million. Anything else, like figures, I have to mail order.

Some of the ones you posted were a bit creepy looking, like the faces on the Mini-Candy Doll ones. But most of them were kind of cute.

That's basicly it. If she's single then the fans came imagine they have a shot with her, but if she has a boyfriend it throws all their fantasies out the window. And the fans that ignored her probably think her only job is to satisfy those fantasies...
