That's pretty tough, Danny. Technically, I'm still a 'child' as I'm in highschool. However, my highschool life has been spent making up for the rough time I had in elementary school and middle school. Didn't have many 'real' friends, and wanted reall...
I agree. To fully enjoy a trip, I need some independent time to explore. imo, part of the fun in being in a new place is not knowing exactly what will occur- you make the most of all the cool surprises you encounter.
That said, a tour led by Danny w...
Pretty pictures.
I'm usually afraid to ask for things for fear of being rejected and subsequently ridiculed. It seems to happen a lot with people around my age... >_<
Same here. At some point, I realized I liked the anime art style/everything else and decided to start watching stuff. Didn't really know what was good, so I watched the original GITS movie(not a mistake; excellent film). Akira followed, then....narut...
^^ very excited about these new developments with filming and such. わくわく! Can't wait :D
Roadworks are awful here. They bring traffic to a near standstill for days on end, since the people that do them aren't payed well/don't know what the hell...
Real nice figure. Haven't watched any of the Ikkitousen's yet, but it's on my todo list.
Who is the girl with the blue hair in the 2nd to last figure?^^
I'm hopefully traveling to Japan on an exchange program for a couple of weeks next summer. Will be able to spend at least a day in Akiba, at which point I plan on buying as much ero stuff as I can fit into my bag.
This character looks pretty^^

The Max Factory maids are from a Pachinko game called Kaitou Tenshi Twin Angels. It has an über moe OP.

There's also a good MAD with the song(Lovely Angel) out there somewhere.
I simply can't get enough Code Geass. I've actually began keeping track of time using Code Geass as a point of reference. As in, "homework was due 3 Geasses ago".
A couple weeks ago, Wildarmshero wrote a really funny blog post about why Geass is so...
I want that "micro-towel"O.o
Eroge definitely leads to less crime; why be a perv in public when you can do it in the privacy of your own home... with Erika.
If the wait is till 2009, maybe they'll decide to do a whole new season? After all, that's a pretty long time. Regardless, this is the best news for me all year. Long live Lucky Star!
Here, people use TOO MUCH deodorant. Guys in high school and middle school (and plenty of college students too, I bet) pretty much bathe in AXE or TAG. Or, people spray the stuff in hallways or in public. It's pretty gross. Makes you get dizzy XD.
The death of WHF is unfortunate news. Just got into figures, so I don't want to see the scene dry up so soon!
Are those Lucky Star figures (Konata and Kagami) kits? Anyone know where to get those? They're really pretty.
Berkeley has much more international food than "American" food. I guess it's because Berkeley is really accepting of immigrants/other cultures, so people feel comfortable opening up shop here.
Also that parking space is really cool. Wish we had that...
Definitely agree with you. lol theres a heated argument on this topic in the Genshiken manga-
Kasukabe:so models are basically toys, right?
Tanaka:You have to build models yourself.
Kasukabe:so they're worse than toys.
Tanaka:there's no way I can...
It's definitely on my list of things to do when I go to Japan some day. Although, the thing about the tatoos is a bit bothersome; I've planned on getting the Triforce tatooed pretty small on my back when I turn 18. Will that be a problem?
