I'd love to cycle around Tokyo exploring places without a fixed destination. Just the other day I cycled all the way to the Tokyo Sky Tree construction site as I saw the under-construction tower from far far away. Worth all the efforts!
interesting post indeed! thanks for sharing it! I do noticed my neighbourhood to have such patrol as well but didn't realised it's for fire, I thought they're just another safety patrol.
