Rayk Litany against fear from Dune? :) But so very true, I'd suggest reading "How to Stop Worrying and to Start Living" by Dale Carnegie. It's a powerful book about how our fears can literally prevent us physically from doing anything.

Your cousin should try being a Singapore Citizen as you get to serve in the military for 2 years and fire stuff like M16, SAR21, throw grenades. All sponsored by taxpayers monies!
