Japanese Sleeping HoursI sleep 8h hours during the week and probably 9/ 10 during the weekend.
But sometimes I go on a 96 hours spree, not sleeping at all and I work work work. No coffee or extra help. It actually makes me feel great, that and sleeping more then 10 hours...
