I'm currently living at a dormitory and loving it. Love to have people around me and yet still to have time away from everyone when you close your door.

That's an awesome thingy! Replacing the car with this as an alternative way of going to work could be cool! (perhaps 6km/h is just a wee bit too slow for this)
Yeah the spare tyre is always smaller. It's smaller to prevent it from taking up too much space. Usually it has a speeding limit which is way lower than the normal tires too, like 90km/h instead of 200km/h for example...:)
