Surgical masksI wouldn't mind people doing this during cold/flu season. We actually have a box of these on the wall for people to wear while in the clinic to help the "Evil Germs" from getting everywhere :)
Health Care in JapanMost common reason (in the States) I order these for my patients is to check for blood. This would make sense also given Japan's high rate of GI cancers.
