Here was only one public university, its average and cheap. The other ones are private and some exoensive. Universitys in the countr's capital are the best, but are pretty expensive(privates).
I have a camera, but my city is not the best place to carry a camera and take photos in most of places, somebody can stole my camera, is not a very secure city.
