For me it has to be Shinjuku cos that's usually where i stay when i'm in Tokyo. Followed by Ueno, the big toy store in front of the station and the street shops/markets, and then its off to Harajuku.
i wouldn't even be bothered to click on them. i'm used to stuff like that. as an adult who reads comics, collects figures, play games etc. i hv seen my fair share of pple like that. worse r the parents who talk down to their kids when the kids want...
I used to sell collectible trading cards on Ebay years ago but stopped cos of spam. I don't buy stuff online but my wife buys lots of online clothes with friends, to reduce shipping. BTW, think the Japan news feed at the left corner is a great idea!
agree with u bout mos burger! bout the signs too. my first trip to Japan was just after the world cup soccer and the signs were in english too. Next trip i noticed they were in Chinese, a couple of years later and they had korean too. Or was it kore...
Had some bad connections last nite so couldn't watch it till this morning, guess that's one bad thing bout video. But still a great one. The train ride n sounds brought back some Tokyo memories. Didn't know cab rides were 3x past midnite.

i guess i have to expect articulated figures from the west, like my DC and Marvel action figures. but with anime figures from Japan, i'm ok with them being non-articulated. most of them r so detailed and their poses r often so beautiful that i'm fine...

yah, Yodobashi stores r huge. i remember going to the huge Yodobashi almost everyday when I was in Osaka. first day i got a memory card reader and the last day my wife got another DS. will be keeping an eye out for the can noodles next time i'm back...
