Im suprised philippines is one of the 70 countries~ makes me wonder if iphone 2 is openlined since this people here often have multiple sim cards for different carriers
errr I dunno about that but when it was shown on the news, their purpose/premise was to rehab the inmates instead of doing other things you usually do in jail.
