Over here, people just dump their bicycles over at the Mrt stations or under the void deck. Common to see bicycle wheels chained to the barriers without the body of the bicycle in sight. Shows how unsafe it is to park your bicycle under void decks...
Violence = Anime/Manga? I doubt that. Though they may play a part, they aren't the main culprits. Pushing the blame solely on anime/manga is nothing more than a blatant excuse for the cause of violence.
