you know i grew up in houstion where the only public transit is in downtown and zoning laws make it hard to live any where near the city. so if you don't own a car it almost impossable to hold job cuz not many people live near where they work the ava...
yeah it not legal in houstion they don't enforce it though mostly cuz they don't have to drivers don't stop for pedstrians and ped know it ped =pedstrians
