Yeah it should be against human rights to arrest people just for being naked. It's not like he was feeding his dolphin or using the park benches as a toilet. Naked people are just as "people" as clothed people.

Wow! Yamanote Maid. Yeah I've taken my family to Yodobashi Akiba before. Else, I wouldn't have gone there. There's a large Yodobashi in my city and I also know more interesting shops for me in Akiba.
