Regarding your photos - it's not just "pressing the button" - it's doing it at the right time in the right place and with the right scene in mind - everything chosen by the photographer.
@Haircut costs: There is a huge range here, usually from 10€ to 20€ but goes up to 50€ and more if you want ^^. My last cut a week ago was 16€.
