The mechanics are pretty basic for todays standards, but SF II is the root of ALL 2D Fighting games ~Period.
Street Fighter IVAkuma is from the Alpha series though he also appears in the posterior HYPER Street Fighter II, and then found his way into SF III and now IV
Street Fighter IVI use Ryu/Ken pretty well, but i'm on fire when using Akuma(Gouki) or Evil Ryu when available.
The teleports pretty much catch all my opposition and if i'm feeling lucky i might just pull a Shungokusatsu.
