Dakimakuras are addicting. I won't lie. I have 10 right now. I want more but they are so expensive, but so worth it. The doctors recommend body pillows. Dakimakura's are otaku recommended, put the 2 together and you have a perfect nights sleep....
To bad they don't have a set for the keyboard to go along with this. I guess it would have to be a pair of legs or something. That way my left hand wouldn't feel so neglected.
