Smoking Ban in Japanban smokers from public areas is a good thing ! I hate eating while someone is smoking next to me ! In fact i hate smoke ^^
In france, since 01/2007, its forbidden to smoke in public areas, and since 01/2008 in Restaurants and cafes too !
