Tsurupettan on repeat is the only song you need. Seriously though, I love anime songs, but also classic rock, video game music/chiptunes, techno, some modern rock, folk, bardic, and others
Kamichu has a fantastic cast. Azumanga Daioh of Yostuba are great as well. Even though its not a moe series, and is instead a martial arts series, Kaoru and Misao from Rurouni Kenshin are a couple of my favourite girls. Yotsuba is my waifu though.
