Whoa, that's insane... I always read there were way more people at Comiket than at Comic-Con (San Diego), and I don't even go to that anymore b/c of the number of people. The fact that there are legit vendors at Comiket now instead of just doujin art...
How sad am I that I only recognize Miku, and only b/c there were so many Vocaloids at AX09? I like Moka the best, tho'. What series is she from? Widescreen monitor, so bring it on!! (And that linked page of the 1:1 Gundam is pretty sick!)
I don't have the scroat or the talent to cosplay, although I went to AX09 with shirts I custom-made. Got some nice compliments, too! Maybe next year I'll go as Harima from School Rumble or something 'cuz he's not that complicated, lol.
