Danny, I think you've made a slight mistake in your link to Akibahobby. It should be .net instead of .com.

I wonder if those FMP figurines are action figurines. They appear so, with the movable-looking joints like those similar to Figma and Revoltech.

I think half the fun of collecting figurines is having to clean them.

Good things always have to come to an end.

Currently, one of my goals is to get a decent job in Japan after I graduate from University. It'll be even better if I can actually get into a Japanese University, but getting into one that's good isn't an easy feat >_< Still, I'll try working towards it, starting by leveling up my Japanese, as well as equipping myself with relevant skills.

This feels more of like a figurine shop rather than a room.

Mirai and Kako, sounds great. Now all you need is another brother/sister named Ima.

Wow Japan's Macdonalds' pay is really high compared to Singapore's Macdonalds' starting pay. Compared to 850 yen, the pay here is about S$3, which is about 250 yen. A total ripoff, but people still work for them 0.0

I never got the chance to go-kart, simply because I was always below the height requirements when I went to amusement parks in years back. Now that I'm above the height requirement, I don't go to amusement parks anymore. Looks like I won't be trying go-karting for some time.

Stormtrooper amour with brushes sticking out of the helmet. That could be the next fashionable hit!!!

If such things such as fortune telling are really true, they why won't the fortune teller predict stuff like stocks and the lottery. That way, he doesn't need to be a poor roadside fortune teller anymore.

Danny, you sure must be one happy Stormtrooper, especially with 2 hawt girls dancing together with you.

  • commented on 2008/02/10 03:36

Wow Danny, your life sure is hectic. I'm a person who requires at least 6 hours of sleep to function properly, and even 6 hours is often now sufficient. And here you are, sleeping literally a couple of hours. You should sleep more =] I know your work is your passion, but constantly overworking your body isn't a good thing.

The dolls are rather freaky ~.~ Imagine waking up in the middle of the night just to see a few of these staring straight at you.

Devil May Cry 4 isn't released in Singapore until next week >_>

Some many awesome care products!!! Too bad I still have more than half a year to go before the shops would allow me to legally purchase all those goodies >_

That wanted man must have had the evasion skills of a ninja. Either that, or the police really suck LOL

Singapore's Internet connection sucks. Everything is capped...

  • commented on 2008/01/12 19:06

I'm surprised no one stole it.

  • commented on 2008/01/06 00:19

I like the dashboard of your car. Too bad I can't drive, yet.

  • commented on 2007/12/31 18:52

Hey Danny, hope you had a great 2007 and an even enjoyable 2008 ^^ And may flourish to greater heights.

I buy CDs only if I really like the artiste and feel that he/she/they deserve my support.

  • commented on 2007/12/19 21:20

As usual, great photos. Nice, you just made me desire for a Fauna figurine =X

  • commented on 2007/12/19 06:54

I guess this is why school kids in Japan never get to fully enjoy figurines, games and DVDs.

  • commented on 2007/12/09 23:54

No teacher has ever laid a hand on me before. Maybe it's because I'm lucky. And yeah, Singapore has caning as a punishment for students, but it is no longer public caning.

I think that naked sculptures can be either consider as art or ero, depending on how an individual views it. If one has a purely peverted mind, even normal sculptures can be thought of as something ero.

  • commented on 2007/12/03 06:32

I can do neither of the 3. Sigh, I'm so unskilled.

  • commented on 2007/11/28 19:08

Our fast food joints over here don't really have impressive freebies that come together with the kids meal, so I don't think anyone other that kids themselves would actually eat the kids meal.

This "A Week in Tokyo" thing might prove to be interesting. I'm looking forward to the next one ^^

  • commented on 2007/11/14 19:46

Drugs = More money spent on addiction = Less money left for figurines. And that is bad, for otakus.

  • commented on 2007/11/03 04:52

Nice groovy moves LOL. Anyway, do the Japanese always come up to you ask join your dancing spree?

  • commented on 2007/08/27 21:04

LOL. Anyway,I heard you and Ryukawa look like brothers when you stand beside each other.
