Ma dad isn't really into otaku culture but he loves the feudal Japanese culture. My mom thought, it's another story... She has her own Nataku shrine (Shenlong/Altron Gundam from Gundam Wing) and has her own PS2, GBA SP, Game Cube and play more video games than me...hehehe. It's kinda nice. I totally agree with you!! Deathscythe Hell custom would make an amazing addition to the MG line. Thought I would like to see the original models of these Gundams. I already have the Wing Ver. Ka and Zero custom and I would be the happiest otaku in the world if Bandai made a MG Wing Gundam!! Heck, make them all!!! All five Gundams and some normal mobile suits too. I don't remember the name of the first store I entered in Akiba, but it was an electronic store. Right after that I went to Azobit C to get a Lelouch figma. They didn't have any at the local Sakuraya in Shinjuku next to my hotel. I miss Japan so much!! I gtg back soon!!! BTW, Patlabor is a very nice anime. The 7 OVAs, the anime serie (49 eps?) and the 3 movies are worth it. The third movie is kinda weird but it's still nice if you like the genre. There's not much mecha action the movies thought. Hi Evil King. I went to Japan last June and brought back for 500$ (can) worth of figures, gunpla, games, health care and clothes. They didn't ask me to pay anything more or taxes at the customs in Japan. In Toronto though they asked me what exactly did I purchase for 500$. Anyway , I didn't have to declare any alcohol, tobacco or guns so it didn't cost me anything. (I'm from Canada btw...) Just try to save space in your luggage and pack your stuff there. (carefully!!!) Actually where I live, many people going in court for self-defense end up getting sued for the damage they done to the attacker. It's pretty bad. You almost have to die defending yourself so that the other guy (or girl) could go to jail for attempted murder. I understand what you meant but what I was trying to say by "punished" is by any form of justice. Even by defending yourself, if you end up killing someone, you will hurt many people. The friends and family of the victim (the attacker in that case) will surely b saddened and ... ( コメントを見る » )

Wow,after a long wait, i got that 2.40 firmware patch with the access to XMB in game!!! Wait... what?!?!?! Full of bugs?? Freezes??? OK, sorry guys. At 12:07 am the day the patch came out, I was there downloading it. I watched some videos talking about how you could access to the XMB while in-game to go play your music and stuff. But right after installing it I tried all the PS3 games I have to check this, and to my big surprise none of my games had this feature available !! lol What a downer!! Wow!! I can see from the posts that alot of people hate this idea and the manga/anime/comic turn to live action movie thing. Personnally I don't have any expectations but I think the costume on the poster is kinda nice. They kept the turtle symbol!!I never get tired of seeing all this trashing about Dragonball in general. I really like that universe and what Akira Toriyama did with the manga. Most people around where I live just don't know about it or totally hate it. Hey! Have a nice trip Vic Fieger! I've been to Japan last Mai, alone, and gotta say that it was awesome. Don't worry, be polite and behave (like you probably already do!) and everything's gonna be fine. I've met many friends there and had a great time talking with locals.(practicing my japanese...) Just don't carry any knifes if you go to Akiba! I was pretty shocked when the stabbing incident happened. I was leaving my hotel thinking that I should go to Akihabara before taking my flight. LOL OMG!! I have this movie!! Saw this a few years ago and gotta say it's just too much. In the movie they sell little chainsaws called '' Bruce Campbell's hand chainsaw'' so you can kill your Stacy zombie schoolgirl daughter with style! I love schoolgirl's (not in a pedo-bear way...) but seeing them eat flesh and getting in a very ''gore-galore'' way isn't very moe or kawai at all... ( コメントを見る » )

There's no death penalty where I live and I think it's pretty bad. I'm not saying that killing is good, murder is murder and killing another is bad. You can have really good reasons to kill someone and many people would agree with your actions but still, the act itself is bad. (and should be punished...) The problem in many cases are lack of evidence and in some cases you can be treated more guilty than innocent until proven. There's no real justice since humans make their own justice and they're not God. (or A god...) ... ( コメントを見る » )
