There are different types of graffiti, and just tags arn't that great to look at. But graffiti art is really creative, and sometimes you gotta wonder how they go to those places to do it. ( コメントを見る » )

I think its because of all those people handing out free tissue packs everywhere ;p That kinda stuff never happens in north america but seriously, you can get a TON of free tissues just from collecting them in one day, never have to buy a tissue in your life. ( コメントを見る » )

Anytime the Mac vs Pc debate comes up there are always people on both sides who are very opinionated. The one thing that I don't get is why some people just say they'll never try/switch to a mac. I used to be one of them, but after I got a taste of osx, I had to have a mac. Yea theres a bit of a learning curve, but overall OSX really is a more efficient operating system (both resource wise, and user wise) Whenever I go into bootcamp and use XP, I always feel like im missing something, and that its not right. And yea finder does su... ( コメントを見る » )

Yea I always wanted to go to an onsen, and we went to one in Tokyo when we were there. Kinda hard to find, but it was pretty nice. Though it really is an awkward experience to see tons of naked men. And then you gotta get naked too, lol. But the baths were really nice and relaxing, didnt want to leave. Though I wish I knew there was a freezing cold water bath, before I jumped into it. That was a baaad idea :< ( コメントを見る » )

NHK was a really(really) great series, didnt realize that there were such large numbers of hikikomoris before it. And I hope that blue bucket isnt for number 1 and 2's >_> ( コメントを見る » )

You actually got a seat by the window in the starbucks in shibuya?! always super busy whenever i went by. And as much as I like mos burger, theyre way too tiny. If they made them bigger it would be a lot nicer. And other then my mac crashing for stupid reasons (cause of weird hardware), I usually never have to restart my mac, and its usually on for about a week at a time. Though it does sleep for when im traveling about. ( コメントを見る » )

As much as I'd like to not that is what general otakus looks like, its a sad fact that a lot actually do. Watching the densha otoko series, I kinda figured that that was overexageration, but it is seriously like that in japan. Go to akiba, and youll see lots of people wearing plaid, tucked in, etc etc. Though there are a lot of "normal" people there, there are a lot of people who fit the "stereotype" very well, because thats the way they look/dress/act. Although I know in north america, the term otaku is either ... ( コメントを見る » )

Lots of people make comedy about different people, and yea I think this is still being blown outa proportion. Escpecially since it was made way before this was as big as it is now. Have you guys not seen, http://kotaku.com/357543/racism-and-mysterious-americans ? I never heard much backlash on that, and I'd say its pretty far out. ( コメントを見る » )

Yea you guys are really taking this a bit too far. Its meant to be a comedy show, and its not as if they actually hurt anyone. Its there for comedy, and getting angry over it is just over reacting. ( コメントを見る » )

I have to say it would be nice to go out for lunch and dinner here, but everything here seems to be either not healthy, or overpriced. In japan theres soooo many places to go and eat food, healthy food, and it tastes good. And its cheap. Wish we had that there. ( コメントを見る » )

I've always liked the lightbox function when viewing pictures. The only thing i think is a bit annoying is if it blocks out hte text on the page too much (ie too dark) And if you had next/previous buttons that would be really useful too. And maybe at the bottom you could have smaller thumbnails with all of the pictures, or a link to the archive of the pictures for that article. Just so people can see all of the pictures in one set. They're just following suit of everyone out there, and taking advantage of an establish character and trying to make a profit off of it. I hope it fails, so people dont do it anymore. And do people even watch disney stuff in Japan? Id think thered be enough other thigns to watch, and i dont remember seein anything disney (atleast big) when i was there. ( コメントを見る » )

I think that it being in the middle is a lot better. Being off to the left just seems weird to me, and the middle just seems to work better. Though an option to change between the too could be good. ( コメントを見る » )

I think that the videos are a great addition. And I think like how you're doing it now is pretty good. Though if you made weekly videos thatd be pretty nice. And someone else brought up other means of distribution. What about using something like megaupload, and uploading the high quality version, and let them host it so it doesn't take up youre bandwidth? ( コメントを見る » )

Looks like you're starting something really cool Danny. You should go to see Sunrise, Gonzo or Bones :D And it'd be nice to see the Gundam office, though I dunno if thats even doable. ( コメントを見る » )

Wow 20minutes to get the train back on service. Here in Toronto, if someone jumps, they dont tell you that it happened, just that the line is closed. And its typically closed for a good 3 hours. But when I was little I stood to close to someone playing baseball, and got hit in the head with the baseball bat. Didn''t feel a thing, but I still got the scar. ( コメントを見る » )

Great job Danny, pretty neat to see the office, and it looks like they have a good time there compared to a normal IT office ;p I heard from a lot of people that iMovie 08 wasnt very good, and you can get iMovie 07 what was supposed to be a lot better. It should up on apples website. Or you could get Final Cut Express if you think you're gonna keep making videos. Keep up the good work, and maybe nextime you can to the Gundam factory : 3 ( コメントを見る » )
