Actually, there's no 'full frontal nudity' which is what the comma's are for. You know how the game Mass Effect allows you to get involved in romantic situations with a short cut-scene that indicates sex between said characters. The story goes that some psychologist found out about it and somehow came to the conclusion that the game allows you to engage in full, graphic sex, which is an obvious lie.
