Aww~ you're so romantic Danny~! I'm really happy you've found someone you love and can be yourself around. As for me, I'm single, lol. I'm very shy and don't get out often, just church, city with 2 friends about once a month or 2 (they're guys, lol), and anime conventions when I can (only SMASH at the moment, Animania is so expensive u_u). I rarely go out so I tend to get a few extras when I do go out. All below in USD. If I'm just in my local CBD then probably anywhere b/w $10 - 50 depending on the reason I'm there (banking - clothes shopping~) Sydney, anywhere above $40 especially since my train ticket just to get there is about $10 (peak, a lil cheaper offpeak) and then it depends on whether I'm heading to a restaurant with friends, shopping at sales or picking something up. Lol~ I'm sure it's just Danny's roundabout way of mentioning that MegaTokyo will be implementing the Mirai Gaia platform, for their website, in the near future ;p~ On another note, while I realise MegaTokyo is pretty popular (though generally amongst newbie anime fans), it's just never managed to capture my attention... the illustrations don't look eastern enough to relate it to anime or manga. Not as depressing as my first job Danny u_u;; Did it more for the experience as I'm very shy and my friend couldn't do website design and called me up to help. I stayed there for a while but the pay was very bad. The owner ended up selling and I'm still working with the new owners, but only on websites when they get enquiries for them. I'm now working part-time as a graphic design assistant (or full-time? I'm there almost everyday because it's so busy at the moment! Took a day off today though, xD;) somewhere else... ( コメントを見る » )

I know this is a late response, but I hope someone can read this and relate in some form. I'm glad to see that more than half of you do not have any illnesses or disabilities. I'm actually hearing-impaired (about 50% loss in both ears) and it still surprises people when they find out! I was diagnosed when I was about 5 and have worn hearing-aids since. I look normal (at least I think so, lol), but I do have trouble socialising as I've missed out on learning basic social skills. This is mostly because I used to attend a special... ( コメントを見る » )

I used to play DDR at last once a week at the shopping centre near my work at lunch, though sometimes there'd be too many people waiting to play as well so I'd have to go window shopping instead for a bit before heading back. There arcade hasn't been there anymore since they renovated the centre and the machine's upstairs next to the cinema, in a kid's play centre/cafe now (kinda embarrassing to go in there, lol). Otherwise now I only do basic stretches and walk a few times a week. ( コメントを見る » )

@Kururu_luva: I agree with your explanation, but I wouldn't have put in the same way, lol. Basically I think it depends on the context of the work. If the original purpose is to entice, then I wouldn't want it anywhere where I could see it. Otherwise, if it's to inform me of something, history, or otherwise, then I couldn't really argue against it. And even though medical texts and diagrams are 2d, couldn't you also compare them to 2d ero publications as you've compared the 3d subjects? ( コメントを見る » )

I agree with Mac about being spoilt by japanese shows (or in my case, anime mostly) I was expecting Heroes to be short ^^;. Nevertheless I'm enjoying the new series so far though it keep coming up with new twists! My favourite scenes are the ones with Hiro, especially before the last episode x3. ( コメントを見る » )
