Being a physician myself, i must advice that most of time backpains do not involve damages on intervertebral discs, and MRI are only justifed (they do have a huge cost) when there's more symptoms than just the pain in the back (like the pain going to the legs, lost of motricity or certain leg parts, or a pain that would not receed under well taken painkillers). Lots of negative reaction on Vista there is... My personnal experience : I'm a casual user (not using my comps for work, just browsing the net, making some photo editing, watching anime, play some game and such), but i have 4 comps (3 desktop and 1 laptop, 2 of the desktop being 3-4 years old, 1 is a 1 year old dual core e6600 with 2gig ram, my laptop is like 1year and a half old, beind the first Core Duo being sold). Well, as a starter, i'm a doctor myself (GP), and the situation in France is quite allright i think. There's good and bad, but all in all people are very satisfied with health situation (although it costs a lot, taxwise). I've always wondered about GP work in Japan, and if it was much different than work here in France. Obviously it is. Maybe i should come over to Japan and open a clinic for foreigners who want to be taken care of "just like at home" lol. On a sidenote, i tend to talk a lot to my patients, and try to... Finished the anime series, but thought they would have been better making a 26 épisodes serie with a better realisation rather than a 52 one with some crappy episodes (not much fillers, but all in all some episodes were much too lengthy, and rythm was so-so). ( コメントを見る » )

Anyway, just watched the episode yesterday, might make it to my watch list of the October anime orgy (i'm trying to see all the 1rst eps of the new anime, at least those available to foreigners, almost done...). Got the white version aswell, was too strange to me to have them with their scholl swimsuits under their uniforms. Cute as hell, altho as you underlined, quality ain't nowhere near the major ones.
