I'm probably not the best one to answer this since I've made quite a few in my time but I'll try and break it down - First, the kit itself. Prices vary wildly depending on size and rarity of the kit. Wonderfestival kits command prices of £70 (~$140) upwards. Mass produced resin kits from companies like Kotobukiya come in at around £40 (~$70) and Recasts can be even lower. The true colour is a bit inbetween. It's lighter than my shade but it's deeper than the one used by Hugson. His is too light and faded, mine's too dark. ( コメントを見る » )

Man, that base isn't like nanoha, it IS nanoha!! I believe that Dark Saint is part of their Ori collection over at e2046 so it's one of their completely original figures, based off some artwork. I was interested in their Kanu with bike but then I found out that they put a dragon tattoo on her body. DO NOT WANT! Out of the prepainted stuff from e2046, I have the Asuka on bike and can tell they use either enamel or lacquer paints for their jobs. otherwise, they would never be able to get the paint that damn smooth. Ah, I see you use a similar technique to mine, with the layering of the different colours. Pretty good overall, The thick lines and whites give away the inexperience but it's a very good starting point. Heck, it took me ages to get the lines right on the eyes. a WEEK? Damn, it took me a little over a month to do mine, but then I was only working on it on weekends for a few hours at a time. Not a huge fan of the hair colour but that's a personal preference. well, I'm playing the super robot route (first time in a SRW game since I'm a blind real fan usually. Made an exception this time cos I hate Shin Asuka that damn much!!) A lot of other SRW players have said that gravion is a very hard hitter but is still very difficult to use properly. kinda like having the power of Zeoraima in MX but with some strict limitations. The Hard mode kicks in when you have sufficient Skill points from the stages. I haven't gotten too far yet but I have gotten every skill point so far. They're a lot tighter than previous games. But the problem I have with the game is that there's no stand out show which makes me go "hell yeah" when I field them. @3 had lots but this game is like MX in that respect so my drive for completing it is weaker. I have issues with the controls, nowhere near as responsive and streamlined as it could have been. Fighter mode is a pain in the ass too, but the basic game itself works surprisingly well for a game adapted from the Gundam battle Royal engine. ( コメントを見る » )

It's also one of the most tedious. And some sections are painful even if the majority of the game is a cakewalk so I'm not surprised it took 8 months. I lost count of the number of times I died on some levels which required you to survive with only a handful of units. Real robots can't dodge in MX. not effectively anyway... ( コメントを見る » )

That's only cos it's relatively new and not animated yet. And it most likely won't be animated for a while, not till they have more story to work with. If they did another series now, it would have one of the bleakest "to be continued" endings ever! ( コメントを見る » )
