Osaka is a good place to live compared to where I'm living right now... High crimes rate, lots of robbery and murders, high unemployment rates, inefficient health system, incompetent police/security system, obscenely corrupt government... I'll be frank and brief: I live in one of the worst cities in Latin America. This is ridiculous. I remember being stopped by 2 police officers in simmilar circumstances (I was wearing a militar jacket). I was going home from the university, and these 2 guys stopped me and asked me to show what was inside my backpack. I opened it and they only found 3 notebooks and 2 math books. Then they asked me from where I was coming, and I showed them my student ID. Then they said "Go ahead". End of story. They probably thought that I would be carrying a weapon or something like that. Where I live, rental rates are rather uneven. I'm actually residing in the capital, and we usually pay less than 200$ monthly for an 70 sq/m apartment with 2 bedrooms, living/dining, kitchen, bathrom and balcony (in a zone where people usually pay a rent of 10$ per sq /m) because the complex's owner is a good friend of my mom. It's a really nice apartment, and the zone is one of the best of the city. However, rates go from 5$ per sq/m in the middle class/centric-regions of the city (small apartments, like 50 sq/m), to 30$ per sq/... ( コメントを見る » )
