Well, it's been such a long time since I've been on this site, and now I've finally logged in. Time to redo my profile information. I'm a student at the University of Washington who's pretty into anime I could say. I'm in my junior year in an industrial engineering major, which is pretty damn nifty. I really like photography and fashion, damn, I can't get enough of fashion. If I somehow fail at my major, I will definitely become a fashion major elsewhere.
Anyways, on to the anime. Currently, I am a HUGE Aria fan. I just can't get enough of it. I'm rewatching it over and over again and it never gets boring. Possibly one of the best series I've ever watched. I have an MAL which you should check out. Personally, I think that Danny should get an MAL, just to show the curious out there in the world.

Dang, America is so far back in the technology. I wish we could get 2TB externals, but the largest ones are 1TB and for internals, the largest is still 1.5TB! They're also pretty expensive, about $120 for a 1.5TB internal, and I don't even want to check prices on 1TB externals... I wish I could make a quick trip to Akiba and get a few goodies.
I really should learn Japanese, just because it might be handy in the future when I finally decide to move to Japan, and I also want to read those magazine ... ( コメントを見る » )

Ugh, Japan is just so beautiful! I want to live there when I grow up, but I hear it's really a hassle to stay in Japan if you're a foreigner. Something to do with the government not liking foreigners staying in Japan for too long, then get kicked out of the country. I don't know, that's what I heard. I have a cousin in Japan that told me some problems she had, so I don't really know. I think I'll just stick with Italy. ^_^' ( コメントを見る » )
Wow, I would never expect for Japanese people to care so much about Wikipedia pages about anime. But then again, most of the people that edit Wikipedia seem to be otaku, so it makes logical sense that anime comes into top priority. :D ( コメントを見る » )
I'd never stick a sticker that large on my car, especially if it ends up covering windows, that's just a hazard. If it's something like a little bumper sticker, I'd totally have no problem with it, but something as large as that, I'll just pass. Also, it'd be way to embarrassing to put an anime sticker that large on my car in America. My car would get vandalized and broken into if I did that. ( コメントを見る » )
Halo 3 is an excellent game. True, some people online are little kids or claim that they are the best in the world, and will do anything to "prove" that. I still frequently play Halo 3, it's a good game, and not everyone online is like that anyways. As with any online game, there are some people that are actually there to have fun while not ruining it for others. The campaign is pretty nice, so you should check it out. ( コメントを見る » )
Oh man, that just makes me want to move to Japan even more, I'm so envious. The performance was nice and amusing, but the performers really don't look like they were particularly having a blast. Anyways, cars in the US range between average and dead expensive prices, and with the current economy, no one's even going to think about buying a car, no matter how cheap. ( コメントを見る » )
Normally, in the US, no. Anime DVDs aren't that worth it in my opinion. They run for about $25 and only include about 4 or 5 episodes. True, they're DVD quality, have dual-audio, and subtitles, but the fact that they're so darn expensive isn't appealing to me at all. I have been thinking about it, and just about the only anime DVDs I would ever buy would be box sets of series which I REALLY enjoyed (ex. Eureka Seven, waiting on that box set). For me, it's pretty hard to choose between dubs and raw Japanese w/ subs, but I'll have to go with the subs for this one. Sometimes, dubs are more convenient when you don't want to read subtitles; i.e. you're too busy with homework/studying and basically use your peripheral vision to watch your anime/movie/dorama/etc. The problem with dubs is that they sometimes lack quality, but I have seem some where the dub jobs were done superbly (Eureka Seven, anyone?). Man, I also can't wait for the new season. It was stupid because of the writer's strike, but it better pick up fast in the beginning. I'd have to say that either Hiro or Sylar are my favorite characters, just because they're so badass. ( コメントを見る » )
I sooooo agree with more seasons of Aria, set in the future after *insert spoilers here* happen. Read my review on Aria located on my MAL, it really expresses how much I love the series. I'd love to see some more Sketchbook, but because it wasn't that huge of a success, I can't really see that happening. Another season of Beck would be spectacular, after the band is formed and whatnot and what happens in the series. I'd also like to see more Over Drive and Oofuri because they were just spectacular as well. ( コメントを見る » )
