Well, why not? You can always cancel your online preorder in case you change your mind. Most online store will allow you to do that without charging you for it, as long as the figure has yet to be released.

I placed a pre-order for Kotobukiya Kureha and Kid Nemo never sent it. No word whether new stock would come in or what.

Maybe, just maybe, his family had a good reason or many good reasons for ditching him. I don't buy that "families must stick together!" rubbish. If your wife and kids ditch you, maybe you should start reflecting deeply on what you had done or had not done.
It looks like a crammed place to live in, but aside from that, he looks fine. People in many parts of the world live in much worse conditions than this.

Since some people don't consider it stealing, I'd like to live next to them and plug my refrigerator, washing machine, 3 PCs and the central air-conditioner unit into their electricity sockets. Oh, and divert one of their water pipes to my house as well.

Expel him, accident or not, then call in the police. This sends a clear message that there is zero tolerance for mucking around or pointing dangerous objects at other people. Even if he just point a loaded bow at his classmate as a jest, I would expel him immediately.

Nendoroids are beginning to all look the same to me. Excluding the extra hands and extra heads, I think it's the same pose, figure shape and smiley expression. I look at Yoko and I'm already thinking it looks more or less just like my Nao.
