Personally I think it's a good idea in principal, but I'm a little jaded on the subject as it's being taken too far in Ontario. Yea, smoking's bad for you, but so is most fast food, or alcohol. So anyway, in Ontario you must be 10feet from any building entryway. And recently they extended the definition of a "place of work" to include company vehicles, which would inculde my service van.
