I went to "Odaiba Onsen" which was very near Tokyo Big Sight before Wonfes. That was the closest to an "onsen" i've went to. Interesting experience. And to be stark naked in a big bath filled with men was kinda.....scary at 1st but later on you don't think about it. ( View formatted comment » )

It was kinda disturbing when I walked into a "pink" store which was selling Junior idol stuff. They even had a photo shoot going on with the otakus behind a "class room" backdrop. But admitedly the way the magazines/dvds portray the junior idols sometimes really makes it hard to tell how old they are. Your ai-chan pics....I thought she was 18+! ( View formatted comment » )

LOL i don't wanna comment on malaysia's taxis since it has become worldwidely known for bad service. Even Jakarta has better taxis than us! (The Bluebird ones...not the others that drive u to a dark alley and rob u!) I like taxis in Japan. I remember Malaysia used to have Wendy's when I was a wee lad. I was reaquainted with it in Indonesia when i was there for a project this year. OMG it was awesome. I like how simple but tasty it was. If its a daily thing like lunch with colleagues, usually we'd split the bill equally regardless of what we eat. If its an evening out with friends, usually we "go Dutch" that is to pay for what you eat with added tax/tips to the amount. I'm bored about Malaysian politics and since some people have already mentioned about the racism here, I don't want to elaborate further. A wise man once said, "Those who feel offended by racism are racists themselves." But regarding Japan, i wonder why is there such a stigma about gaijin. I was aware of a certain political party who wanted Japan clean of gaijin, but luckily they lost the elections. Even in the "brothels" you can see signs "No Gaijin Allowed". Hmmm.
