Ringo's outfit is from a scene in Air Gear where she was supposed to go an help Ikki's team in a battle and had to change into her costume which was actually just a school swimsuit, top hat and mask similar to that guy in Sailor Moon but Simca switched her bag with another one which contained bondage stuff. So she ended up joining the battle wearing that and wearing the bag over her head to hide her identity. Hilarious and hot! ( View formatted comment » )

Nope. TV is generally free in the Philippines but they do have crap shows like Zaido which is a crap spinoff of the Metal Hero series Shaider so if I was required to pay for the shows on that channel, I'd rather gouge my eyes out. ( View formatted comment » )

I think it's more because dolphins aren't domestically grown animals like cows and swine which are "farmed" for the very purpose of food. I know exotic dishes aren't "farmed" but consuming them at a large scale without doing much to replenish what was consumed is an entirely different (and stupid) thing to do. Are dolphins smarter? I'm not too sure with that. I tend to think a lot of scientists, cooped up too long in their labs and water tanks, will bite any progress they get to keep their budget even ...
