maybe not on the streets. maybe it would be better to just restrict toplessness, regardless of sex, to certain places. ie. a guy walking down the street without a shirt on, or at he supermarket, or in an office building, is just... creepy. at the beach, or a pool, or while playing a sport or something, completely normal. if women wanted to do so as well, it would be weird at first, but eventually (and we're talking DECADES down the line) it would become acceptable (girls are allowed to wear pants now, are they not? 100 years ago, they'... Little Tokyo in LA (and even in San Fran, really) would be the closest you could get to a "mall", what with having a bunch of Japanese merchandise shops, like Jungle and Kinokunya, all close together. ( View formatted comment » )

There are 3 or 4 shops that I know of around the O.C. (supposedly more, if you go asking around), but your best best is probably one called Anime Nuts.
