Anime: well, I suppose I'm pretty well informed. Unless it's comedy, though, I'm starting to think anime is a waste of time. Might spend the time getting more skilled at games (or even real life).
Visual Novels: I'm just getting into the scene, because I don't know Japanese beyond kanji. Currently, the only visual novel worth buying is Ever17. Don't get me started on wind a breath of heart. Planetarian's okay, it's not bad.
Games: Long history. To cut it short, Curse of Monkey Island is one game you should consider outright buying, even though it's old. Really, though, I've played every significant RPG on the SNES, and then some on the PSOne, but not much beyond that. I play games from all eras on the PC though.

Wow, I've always wanted an article like this to appear, especially on your site, Danny.
I'll say, though, your page is dreadfully slow to render. Maybe it's just the sheer amount of content and images... anyway switching to Firefox Musume SSE seems to help responsiveness. And the text column is barely 500 pixels wide!
