I use video chat all the time, as I live on the east coast of Australia, and all my family on the west coast. I love GTalk, but why don't Google integrate video chat into GTalk? I never use the browser for Gmail - I route it to my email client of choice instead (Thunderbird). ( View formatted comment » )

The thing I'd like to see most on that website is SHOPPING! I'd like to be able to buy direct from the website. It's hard enough to get stuff here in Australia as it is (even as a wholesaler like me) when you don't read Japanese. Loving it so far! ( View formatted comment » )

It's winter here, so not so warm :) But when it is summer, it can be up to 45° celcius - which is very hot. ( View formatted comment » )

When I first discovered your website, I joked to my husband that if you were related to Jimmy Choo you would be the ultimate catch - shoes AND geek goodness! What girl can ask for more? Your wife is very lucky. *goes off to drool at pretty Jimmy Choo shoes she will never be able to afford* ( View formatted comment » )

If she's going to have an older brother he should look like a cross between Brad Pitt and George Clooney. But hotter. yes indeed. ( View formatted comment » )

It seems that most commenters don't realise these photos are photoshopped to the max. It's a photo of a real girl (the artist prefers school girls) then a doll's head (Blythe in this case) is 'shopped on top of it to make it look like it has a real body. Anyway, thought I should point that out :) ( View formatted comment » )

Being a collector of Blythe (and having a store that specialises in Blythe) I find Takihito's photography intriguing. His slightly naughty poses are the direct opposite of Blythe's natural innocence. ( View formatted comment » )

My Dad lived with this injury for many years, had many operations and even some steel rods inserted, the disc removed and replaced with a silicon prosthetic and a whole bunch of traction (the old school method which just makes it worse!). I hope you find a physical therapist who can assist you. As for me, yep - I have a couple of niggling illnesses - one of which I have to take meds for every day for the rest of my life - but I'm not in pain, so it's all good! ( View formatted comment » )

I certainly do not feel my 37 years. I still feel like a 20 year old - but I think my toy boy husband helps :P He's only 32. We both are like much younger people though, with our interests in toys, movies, music and travel. Who wants to get old and boring? Not us. ( View formatted comment » )

I get a whopping 1324 kb/s according to Speedtest.net. I'm with Internode and pay around $100 a month for 40 gig. No cap, just "prioritized" once I hit my monthly limit. It's pretty damn sucky, really - but Australia is a massive country, with hardly any inhabitants - so there are vast stretches of territory with no cities or towns available to link networks. I was bullied unmercifully as a child. First because I was white in a mostly Aboriginal school, then because my family was poor in a mainly affluent one. Having to wear hand me down clothes, never owning a bike (let alone the horses most the other kids had) and living in state provided housing caused me a lot of pain as a child. An older girl would follow me around pinching me and pulling my hair so hard it would come out. I ran away from school so many times that my Mum would have an Aunt who didn't wor... At 100 odd Aus dollars they are not really expensive for a 27cm doll. Are they 1/6 scale or do they use the Obitsu 27cm body? I pay around AUD 134 - 300 for the Japan made Blythe dolls and around 12-50 for outfits. But it looks like outfits would fit these as well. I'll be keeping a lookout for them when I'm in Osaka for the toy show in Feb cos these are fantastic cute! ( View formatted comment » )
