In Mexico, the best way to get anime is either download it or buy open source dvd. In fact, the quality is not that bad, since the guys that sell it also downloads them. It is really common to find a whole series in a dvd, but it is because it is in .avi, most commonly, and sometimes they maybe in dvd quality but like in 4 dvd, 6 episodes each or something like that, that way is good for the sellers since they charge you for disc, so they get more money and you get...decent quality....most of the time. Mexico have some crappy connections, our ISP are a wholebunch of thieves that only care to get money, you have to pay like 2 months more for cancelling the service for example. I download at 369 kbps and upload at 144kbps and I am paying for a supossedly 1mb connection, the service stalls a lot and I get disconnected like twice a day, usually overnight, while Im downloading things, but well....we have to deal with it /sigh PS Also you upload at 10mbps, not 100mbps ( View formatted comment » )
