My Kasumi is also leaning but fortunately I managed to stop her (for now) by having the back of my bookshelf support her. Usually at the first sign of leaning I try to take some counteractive measure to stop it so I don't have any fig that's leaning that badly.. yet. ( View formatted comment » )

While I prefer full figs I don't mind busts. I love these Shunya ones and think they'd definitely look better with legs, but I would get the busts if they weren't cold cast making them very expensive. Sigh. ( View formatted comment » )

I get pretty sad when I find out my figures have been delayed, but I'm usually not too bothered since I'm not really impatient. The only thing I worry about is pre-orders that are delayed then they top onto other orders for the next month making the orders for that month a bit overwhelming sometimes. I usually order all my figs from HLJ since shipping is the cheapest for me (with SAL). If I can't get it at HLJ or it has a US release (ie most Kotobukiya) I'll order from Kid Nemo or some other US based store. ( View formatted comment » )

Lol! That is one good friend although I wouldn't purchase this type of figure for myself (since I'm not one for loli), but I wouldn't mind purchasing it for a friend. The only reason I wouldn't display any nude/hentai figs is because I have children in my family who come into my room and it wouldn't be appropriate, but when I get my own place that'll change! I think the bases I like the least in my collection are those with Alter's Kanu and Alter's Chouun. I don't like that cheap clear color looking action with no text or design or anything. Even if it was clear or just black or white that would've been better and of course I prefer decorated bases. Lovely fig though. The base just looks really weird and the way she's standing is weird to. I might get her anyway. ( View formatted comment » )

Love this fig. I'm saddened that I had to pass on it. I do like to see what the box looks like but it's not a big deal. I started out with that "Only Characters I Know" rule for myself. Quickly broke that but now I currently keep the "One Figure Per Character" at least. I still prefer to buy figs of characters I like but quality plays a big part in it. For example Yujin makes figs of characters I love but I just can't bring myself to buy those figs because of the low quality. Aesthetics is a big reason for me. Wow that's weird cause the same thing happened to my Light Nendoroid! I had to get a drill to take out the plastic broken peg from the neck. I didn't want to just glue it on because I wouldn't be able to change it. In the end I just used another head, but sort of sad I have a head I can't use.. ( View formatted comment » )

I love both Resin and PVC. While I do paint resin kits occasionally I find I hardly have time to anymore so I tend to buy more PVCs since I have quite a few unfinished kits building up. As for pre-painted there isn't much that e2046/HF do that I'm all too interested in (when compared to PVC). My first one will most likely be e2046's Gathering Gwendolyn and I'll most likely get Tutu as well. ( View formatted comment » )

Oh wow. That looks pretty horrible. My Alter Motoko was showing signs on leanage but I pulled one of her feet out of the pegs so she's fine now. My Yamato Spike is leaning forward and not sure how to stop it. He hasn't been leaning that much though. Max Factory's Kasumi is also showing signs of leaning. Fortunately the foot of my Rize hasn't broken off, but only cause I heard about this problem so I was able to avoid it by having her dress supported by the edge of the shelf she's on. Beautiful pics though. ( View formatted comment » )

I try and keep mine in enclosed places but I'm running out of space. I would love to keep mine like how it's displayed in that pic. My room gets very dusty and it takes a lot of time for me to dust. Keeping figmas out is fine but everything else is meant to be displayed and protected not played with :D ( View formatted comment » )
