Good to see you're still dancing Danny ! Though I prefered the previous vid in Shibuya cause for some reason I don't really like the song on this one.. ( View formatted comment » )
People, this is how any beach LOOKS LIKE. It's the part of the beach that's under water when it's spring tide. I'm sure the part behind the photographer is nicely golden.
Jeez, I can't believe I have to explain this lol. ( View formatted comment » )
Ofcourse I know Satomi Ishihara. She played the main character in the first j-dorama I've ever seen: Nurse Aoi (I think in the clip she's just back from filming it, because she's wearing the same nurse costume).
In my oppinion she's the perfect girl. Cute but not childish cute. ( View formatted comment » )
I've heard that after the 'Densha Otoko' drama appeared on tv in Japan, it was populair for a while to have an otaku as your boyfriend. ( View formatted comment » )
Oh my, indeed taxis in Japan are rip-offs ! I remember taking a cab from Shibuya to our hotel in Shinjuku at 05.00 AM (Ok we went back from a night going out so we didn't had any alternative). If im not mistaken it was 5.000 yen in total. Still a lot of money even though it was night price.
In my country I personally still think it's expensive to take a taxi. Sometimes I don't trust the driver. Many immigrants here work as a taxi driver and sometimes they choose a longer path so you get to pay more. ( View formatted comment » )
I feel that physical violence has no use at all. In fact, it will only make things worse. I feel that most of the time it's the fault of the teacher that students don't pay attention. Try to make your classes enjoyable. Students will respect you in this way. ( View formatted comment » )
There's no such thing as student loans in Belgium. Everyone can go to college or university. It depends on the salary of your parents, if it doesn't make the limit you have to pay a lot less then other students with more income (still, the entrance fee for students with high income is pretty small too).
I'm quite shocked actually to hear things like this happening in countries like the USA and UK. Isn't education a basic need that everyone should be able to get ? ( View formatted comment » )
I've said this before; I personaly don't mind to go trough all these procedures. But I think it will make foreigners in Japan look even more 'dangerous' to the Japanese. There's no reason for them to have this feeling towards foreigners, but it's mainly the gouvernment who 'brainwashes' the people. ( View formatted comment » )
I mainly sticked to Aquarius and Pocari Sweat this summer because those drinks are great if you're really thirsty. Another drink I really liked (also seems populair among kids) is Mitsuya Cider. It's like Sprite but less sweet (overall bether).
I love the amount of vending machines in Japan. ( View formatted comment » )
