Used Skype awhile ago, decent program but I prefer Ventrilo. A lot less flashy,can be confusing at first but better sound quality and a smaller program; overall better for gaming with buddies. Although I did have fun ringing other people's computer using Skype to scare them ;p ( View formatted comment » )

It may take another decade or so, but green building is definitely the next step in post-modern architecture. Well, that's what I believe anyway. It's becoming more and more voiced with the new age tech-savvy young architects looking for a style of their own. And if designed properly, the savings in operating costs over a span of 10 years can make up for the cost of extra materials/time/labour during construction of a "green" building.
