No no, what I mean is that you can place orders for books or upcoming magazines that Kinokuniya brings in. And it already says on the order form that you can't cancel your order once it comes in. I'll reply to both your comments on my blog and here for the benefit of everyone. Yes, those bastards CAN AND WILL rip out these pages. No, they aren't decent enough to give a warning or label(figures, civil servants)... You probably couldn't get any because ignorant people like me reserved all the copies only to get disappointed later and because Takashimaya's stock got withheld and sent for culling(burning of the books).
