I have issues with the controls, nowhere near as responsive and streamlined as it could have been. Fighter mode is a pain in the ass too, but the basic game itself works surprisingly well for a game adapted from the Gundam battle Royal engine. ( View formatted comment » )

It's also one of the most tedious. And some sections are painful even if the majority of the game is a cakewalk so I'm not surprised it took 8 months. I lost count of the number of times I died on some levels which required you to survive with only a handful of units. Real robots can't dodge in MX. not effectively anyway... the 3 series I have seen so far are: Full metal panic (though I'm having a hard time finding vol 2 in the UK) Shakugan no shana Crest of the stars but generally speaking, they are right in that there is only a very small market for light novels. most people would rather take the lazy route and read the manga or watch the anime, both of which are often inferior but most people either don't know or don't care ( View formatted comment » )

There's a reason why a lot of countries buy aircraft from other countries! It's cheaper and faster! Development time and cost is going to be pretty damn big for a project like this while buying F22s from America will have a faster delivery time and probably cost after development is worked in (0 is a very nice cost!) It's like the eurofighter. How late and overbudget was it in the end? Sure pilots swear by it but damn it took it's time and it's still not fully rolled out yet! I still can't believe that there are 3 versions of yoko with almost exactly the same pose! There's this PVC version, the kotobukiya resin version and one from one of the wonfest groups which has yoko supporting the rifle with both hands. Personally, I really disliked it. Spoke about it with others around a week after it was released (and I finished it). Ridiculously short for an RPG Bad Voice acting Awful plot it did really feel like a test bed for lots of ideas. Just a shame that they forgot about the game underneath it! ( View formatted comment » )
