Lim Kuan Keat AKA Fat Cat Lim spends so much time in front of the monitor playing games and watching anime that he was voted “Most Likely To Grow Mold Before The End Of The Month” by his colleagues. That doesn’t stop him from writing for HWM Malaysia or GameAxis Malaysia, about IT hardware, gadgets, videogames, anime, and other random crap. In his spare time, he likes debating pointless matters in forums, blogs, and other avenues of public discussion. Being the banana Chinese Malaysian that he is, he enjoys banana milkshakes in the morning to keep his creative juices flowing all day. He also likes to collect anime figurines and take pictures of them in provocative poses, that perv. If you need to contact him, he can be found at fatcatlim [at] yahoo [dot] com.

Usually only the localized ones released by G-Collections and Peach Princess. I'm waiting their upcoming title, Family Project, since I've heard good things about it. I try to review them too, but I'm currently a bit stuck on Yin-Yang! X-Change Alternative. Chalk it up to Writer's Block. And oh, Ito Noizi's wallpaper up there is just pure sex. The girl with the jelly donut in her mouth looks so cute! ^.^ ( View formatted comment » )

For some reason, the name Birdy reminds me of Street Fighter Alpha's character Birdie. :x But I'm looking forward to this series as the premise seems interesting. ( View formatted comment » )

Nice find! I'll recommend this area to my friends when we go down to Tokyo this October. I've always liked visiting market places, especially with their variety of local food and spices. :D ( View formatted comment » )

Congrats Danny for your record breaking visits! :) I can't exactly recall when I first visited your site. It was so long ago...but I remembered your awesome articles on living and working in Japan. BTW Danny, I still haven't seen my site added to your feed list, even though I've added your feed to my site some time ago. :x ( View formatted comment » )

When I was younger, my parents signed me up for Organ, Violin, and Harp (the huge ones you see in orchestra). Incidentally, I wanted to learn to play the guitar, but my mother signed me up for violin instead. Maybe she thought the violin was a miniature guitar. -_-; I also learned Music Theory, though I quit all music lessons when I entered high school. Although I don't really know how to play them anymore, my love for classical music probably stemmed from there (though I hated practicing). I also learned swimming and Mandarin, thoug... Last I heard, there was a maid cafe in Penang, Malaysia. But I've never been there. Considering the number of anime fans concentrated in Klang Valley, I'm surprised a maid cafe hasn't been set up. ( View formatted comment » )

Hahah, this reminds me when Krispy Kreme opened their first store in Sydney. The queue lines after work everyday were just as massive. I guess everybody's just crazy for Krispy Kreme outside America. :p ( View formatted comment » )

I'll imagine that Nekomimi appeals to people who like to see the same traits of cats on humans - playful and independent, yet sometimes reliant on their masters (especially when catnip or food is concerned). As for tentacles, I remember reading an article that they allow for less censorship (i.e. you don't have to censor the clitoris AND penis head - just the clit), and that they also provide more flexibility in angles and positions. Of course there's also the fetish of impregnation, multiple titilation, and ejaculation from ... ( View formatted comment » )

20 minutes to the train station? That doesn't sound too bad. Walking is good exercise anyway. The train platforms in Malaysia don't have any barriers, except the underground ones like at KLCC. But we don't get many reported suicides on the train tracks. Either it's a Malaysian thing, or it's hushed up by the authorities. :/ ( View formatted comment » )

Let's go home together!" "Hey...careful there, Makoto!" "I..I don't have a track?" (probably referring to the absence of a route in the game) "Yummy..." "Shiori...you..." Yeah, she's really got a baby face but her body's really quite developed for a 16 year old. None of the girls back in my high school were as developed as her. :| ( View formatted comment » )

Hmm...out of the gender benders, I only thought Nagisa and Tomoyo looked good, especially Tomoyo who already looks like a tomboy in the series. Ryou and Kyou looked a bit odd with the ribbon on their hair bangs. Tomoya just gives off an Oneechan look. As for Sunohara...I might hit it. :p I don't think the Clannad group translate as well when you switch their genders. Haruhi's group is better, especially with Kyonko. <3 ( View formatted comment » )

Well, the area where I work at isn't as international cuisine friendly, but at Damansara Uptown which is 5 minutes drive away, there're a number of Japanese, Korean, Italian, European, Vietnamese and even Swiss restaurants in the vicinity. And of course lots of Mamak and Chinese eateries. :p That 6-car park looks really neat. Reminds me of the movie I, Robot when Will Smith's character parks his car. ( View formatted comment » )

Rather underwhelming-looking figurine, especially with its small head, long body, and hair that looks like clumps of mud lumped together. DO NOT WANT. Still doesn't reach the same 'awesome' level of Sader or MOK-KOS though. ( View formatted comment » )

Great figurine, Danny. You're right: Ryuna does look best from behind. The position of her face draws attention to her shoulders, back, and bottom, which are nicely highlighted by her elegant-looking one-piece. As for me, the deal breaker for a figurine is the face. If the pose is great but the face looks plain or too awkward (low nose, weird mouth, dull eyes, etc), then I'll reconsider my decision. After the face, I'd look next at the bottom, followed by the hips area, then the legs and finally the chest. I'm not so ... ( View formatted comment » )

I'm surprised that the bullying act was done so out in the public. I guess they don't care about the social repercussions. ( View formatted comment » )
