from an art perspective, although marvel are highly detailed and amazing to look at, manga has a more stylised look which adapts itself better to the idea of a comic book. its more like watching a cartoon than watching live action. I think this enables manga to use more poetic licence, eg: nosebleeds, simplified faces for emotions etc. ( View formatted comment » )

tough break arekusu, but then i hav bought high end scapels for graphics and they all break pretty quick, might just be me though. £1 stores are great if u just need some low quality fun. for example, when u buy 2 dvds for a pound, u know they arent gonna be good, but they can still make an entertaining evening. there is a 99p store near where i live that sells proper artist canvases, they are really nice. im so jelous. i still dont think apple use a good design principle tho."we need a design for our new product" "lets make it white with curved edges" "wow, that sounds original" personally, i dont think apple can be called cool if everyone thinks so. vaio's and asus' are much prettier.
