Ive only run into filtering on the London Grid for Learning... the LGFL is what the london schools networks go through and use as a filter... this site works fine but others like my own site (blocked for profanity and pornography) and I notice that a lot of web design sites were labled as web chat or occult. Sadly the grid blocks anything to do with proxy anonymizers so I can't get by them... luckily, I have enough avenues of entertainment to last during my classes... XD ( View formatted comment » )

Back in London, we have barriers along the parts of the Jubilee line only, the one which pass through canary wharf and such but only for the parts in central london and underground... Coincidental poll choice, right after I just finished playing Fate/Stay Night and Utawarerumono this week. If these were actually available in english, I would have bought them but I had to use a translation patch on my japanese copies. The state of english language eroge is kinda bad. It seems no company is willing to buy any of the 'good' titles and no wonder they can't seem to expand because of it. I do hear that NitroPlus makes spectacular games though... I am an american footballer in London, I am a third class citizen sportwise lol. It is the only sport that has really excited me and made me want to play. I think you are thinking of the differences of milk first or added after. On milk first, when the hot tea is added, the milk is scorched and becomes chemically different. On milk added later, the heat exchange is more even. I should stop researching my tea.. ( View formatted comment » )

Ah I love tea. If I have time to leisure, hot tea with milk, three sugar. If I am in a rush, black tea, 3 sugars left in a fridge for a few minutes. Generally, I find that an anime series I have read the manga for feels less exciting as I would have thought. Prime examples are Bleach and D.Gray-Man Although I generally enjoy manga more, scanlation is sometimes far and few between, so I sometimes can only see more of it through anime. In London now, people who go on the London Transport with Oyster cards get the minimum calculated fare taken out of the money deposited to the card. It has saved me some bother in figuring out what ticket I might have had to get to get to the other side of London or anything of the sort. And on Jaywalking, no one really looks up on it as I have seen. ( View formatted comment » )
