ban smokers from public areas is a good thing ! I hate eating while someone is smoking next to me ! In fact i hate smoke ^^ In france, since 01/2007, its forbidden to smoke in public areas, and since 01/2008 in Restaurants and cafes too ! Now i can enjoy eating in restaurants. me too, my grand parents told me not to swim after eating, but that's not true ! The fact is after you eat you feel your stomach a bit heavy, so they must think you will sink if you swim ^^ in fact you start your digestion something like 2H after you eat. So the doc says you'd better swim immediately after eating, because the risk is worth as the digestion as started ! but i think, you can swim whenever you want, you just have to take care a you and if you dont feel good, well dont swim ;) By the way, i'd like to try Ons...
