Pagerank Redirect

You know Danny, i had a wordpress blog (www.tupalm.wordpress.com) and my pagerank was quite good (like 3 or 4, thats very good for me), and it is still good, BUT I moved from there to a hosted page (www.tupalm.ismywebsite.com) and I would love to know if there is any way to redirect the google requests and pageranks to the new site?
